I purchased a Tag Formula 1 from DPW. Initially, when the watch arrived, whilst it was absolutely spot on in appearance etc - the large second hand was ever so slightly off. Me being a perfectionist with my watches, sent a picture to them and they immediately replaced and sent out a returns label and the new watch that day. It arrived day after, watch strap adjusted for me and absolutely perfect all round.
